The Modern Rustic Garden
Project type
Landscape Construction
Date
2026
A bold entertaining garden that blends rustic character with industrial detailing and modern materials.
Timber-effect porcelain and composite decking bring warmth and practicality to the space, while corrugated steel retaining walls and raised planters introduce a strong architectural edge. At the heart of the garden sits a fully bespoke outdoor kitchen, complete with a polished concrete worktop and dedicated timber BBQ building, creating a true focal point for cooking, hosting and socialising.
The result is a robust, characterful garden designed around entertaining — combining texture, warmth and contemporary construction to create a space that feels relaxed, distinctive and built to be used.
